Capital Ecosystem Strategist · Trusted Relationship Architect · Strategic Convener

Founded by Tasha Byers, MSc

Helping capital, knowledge, and trusted relationships move more effectively across fragmented ecosystems.

I help foundations, family offices, investors, entrepreneurs, corporations, and public institutions navigate fragmented capital ecosystems. Through strategic convening, ecosystem mapping, trusted relationships, and capital market insight, I help opportunities become more visible, more investable, and better connected to the resources they need.

Tasha Byers
About

Twenty years building the relationships and initiatives that move ideas forward.

Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to situations where resources, relationships, and opportunities exist—but remain disconnected.

Across philanthropy, entrepreneurship, affordable housing, economic development, venture capital, and family offices, I have found that meaningful opportunities often struggle not because they lack merit, but because ecosystems are fragmented.

My work focuses on helping organizations understand how capital actually moves—across institutions, sectors, and relationships—and where those connections weaken.

Through research, strategic advisory, ecosystem mapping, and trusted convening, I help organizations strengthen how opportunities are recognized, evaluated, and connected with capital.
